Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 May 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the rules for using the PhotoID24 service (the "Service"), in particular the rules for payment, delivery of the result and refunds. By using the Service, you accept these Terms.

1. Who provides the service

The service is provided by FOP Shelekhan O.N. (RNOKPP / individual tax number 2853810181), address: Ukraine, Kharkiv, vul. Berestova 11, apt. 1, the operator of the PhotoID24 service ([email protected]).

2. What the Service is

PhotoID24 is an online service for preparing photos for documents for any country. Available plans:

  • Photo — preparation of one ready-to-use photo according to the applicable requirements;

  • Photo + guide — additionally a personalised step-by-step submission guide (in the form of a web page).

The Service prepares the image according to the technical requirements; the final decision on accepting the documents is made by the relevant government authority. The Service's informational materials do not constitute legal advice.

3. Payment

  • prices are shown on the site in the currency indicated and include applicable taxes;

  • payment is made before the finished result is provided, through our payment provider; we do not store your payment card details;

  • if a promo code is available, the discount is applied to the amount before payment;

  • payment confirmation and a link to the result are sent to the email address you provide.

4. Delivery of the result

  • the result is provided in digital form — as a download link sent to your email and on the order page after payment;

  • for the "Photo + guide" plan, a link to the personal guide is additionally provided;

  • for data protection reasons the file is available for a limited time: it is deleted after the first download and in any case no later than 72 hours after payment; the number of downloads is limited. Please save the file immediately after receiving it.

5. Right of withdrawal (for consumers)

As a general rule, a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days — as provided, among others, by Art. 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and by applicable consumer protection law.

At the same time, the result is digital content supplied not on a tangible medium and provided immediately. By placing an order, you give prior express consent to the immediate start of the supply of the file and acknowledge that you are informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal once supply has begun. Therefore, in accordance with the exception provided for in Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable consumer protection law, once the supply of the file has begun the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies. This does not limit your right to a refund under the guarantee (section 6).

6. Guarantee and refunds

  • if the relevant authority rejects the very photo we prepared, we will refund the payment;

  • to request a refund, send a screenshot of the rejection through the guarantee form;

  • requests are usually processed within 48 hours; funds are returned using the same method by which payment was made;

  • no refund is provided if the photo was not submitted to the relevant authority or if the rejection is not related to the quality of the photo (for example, an incomplete set of documents or errors in the application).

7. User obligations

  • upload your own photo or have the right to use it;

  • provide accurate data (in particular email);

  • not use the Service for unlawful purposes.

8. Liability

We make every effort to ensure the photo meets the applicable requirements, but we do not guarantee acceptance of the documents by a government authority, as this is beyond our control. The Service is not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights provided by mandatory provisions of law.

9. Intellectual property

The finished result file is provided to you for use for its intended purpose (submitting documents). The design, texts and other materials of the site belong to the Service.

10. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the GDPR notice.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms; the current version is always available at this address, with the date of the update shown at the top of the page.

12. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the applicable law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you are also protected by the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes are resolved through negotiation; EU consumers may use the online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
