Common rejection reasons

The most common upload problems are photos that are too dark or blurry, faces that are turned away or partly cut off, a head that fills only a tiny part of the frame, and busy backgrounds that make it hard to recognise you. Group photos, heavily filtered images and pictures where someone wears sunglasses or a face-covering are also unsuitable, because staff must be able to match the photo to you in person.
